Do you offer custom-designed jewelry?
Yes. Our in-house jewelers work with you to design one-of-a-kind pieces, and customers can custom-design pieces as well. Learn more about custom design.
Are your diamonds certified?
Our salespeople are not allowed to sell our most precious gems — diamonds — until they have completed the GIA course. We're happy to explain the 4Cs and show you certification. Explore diamond education.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, we offer expert repairs, ring sizing, stone setting and restoration — even for treasured family heirlooms. See all our services.
Do you sell watches?
We no longer sell watches, so we can focus entirely on fine jewelry and gemstones — though clients still ask us about timepieces, and we're happy to point them toward the sites we recommend.
Do your salespeople work on commission?
No. Our team does not work on commission, so you'll always get honest, unhurried advice — whether or not you're ready to buy.
Do you have sales or discounts?
No. We believe in fair, consistent pricing. It doesn't matter when you walk in — the piece you're looking at is always the same price.
